What is a focus session?

The intention of a Focus Session is to address a specific problem in one meeting. It is a therapeutic coaching session, which is more directive than long term therapy.

I bring my style as a person-centred therapist plus solution focused therapy techniques to help you achieve your goals.

The Focus Session package has three touchpoints:

  1. Pre-session questionnaire + support resources
  2. 80 minute 1:1 session on Zoom
  3. Session summary and check-in

I offer a limited number of slots each week. Sessions can be booked with 24 hours notice, see calendar below available slots.

Is it right for me?

A focus session can be helpful if you’re feeling stuck or ‘in your head’. Maybe you're navigating a difficult work relationship, want to explore a change, struggling with burnout or feeling demotivated.

Sometimes you simply want to understand a situation or work through your emotional response. 

We only delve into your past if it helps us to understand your present problem.

About me

I'm a person-centred psychotherapist and coach who specialises in working with highly-driven clients who can be hard on themselves.

Before retraining as a therapist I worked for various corporations including Accenture and Sky Broadcasting. I've combined past skills such as strategy and systems thinking, with therapeutic skills, to offer a space where you feel heard and understood.

I work internationally and my clients include corporate executives, business owners and media personalities. Trust and confidentiality is at the heart of my work.

My goal is to offer a space where you can be 100% honest about what's going on for you. My approach is compassionate and non-judgemental, while at the same time offering insight, challenge and encouragement.
